Alberto Bason’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
He advises Italian and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and capital markets offerings, as well as on general corporate matters relating to private and public companies.
Alberto joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining Cleary, he worked at a leading Italian law firm based in Milan.
