Alejandra Melgoza Morales’ practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions in Latin America.
Alejandra joined the firm in 2013. She received her law degree (Licenciada en Derecho) from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico, Mexico, in 2008, and received an LL.M. degree specialized in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law, in 2013. From 2008 to 2010, Alejandra worked as associate in Lopez-Velarde, Heftye y Soria, S.C., in Mexico City, Mexico. From 2010 to 2012, she worked as associate in the corporate and capital markets practice of Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes, S.C., in Mexico City, Mexico.
