Alexander Argyris’ practice focuses on the organization and operation of private investment funds, including credit, venture capital, growth equity, and climate funds.

He represents private fund sponsors in co-investment, separate account, fund-of-one, and other bespoke arrangements, and also represents limited partners in their investments in private funds. His work also includes advising private fund secondary investors on secondary transactions and other hybrid transactions, such as continuation funds.

Alexander joined the firm in 2016 and became a partner in 2025. In 2019, he worked in the legal department of a major financial technology company, where he was involved in fund formation matters.
