Alexandra Dawson’s practice covers a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on private equity and M&A transactions.

She has experience acting for corporates, institutional investors, management shareholders, and portfolio companies on a full range of UK and international transactions including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, bolt-on acquisitions, disposals, reorganizations, and general corporate advisory matters.
