Andrew Darcy is Pro Bono Counsel, working with a dedicated team of attorneys and professional staff to develop and manage the firm’s award-winning pro bono practice.

He maintains an active docket of pro bono litigation matters that span a wide range of issues, from housing rights to criminal defense, among many others. Andrew was a litigation associate at the firm from 2010 to 2012, and then after a one-year clerkship with a federal district court judge, from 2013 to 2015. After leaving the firm in 2015, he spent nine years as both a Staff Attorney and Supervising Attorney at Mobilization for Justice, where he focused on eviction defense and fair housing matters. From 2023 to 2025, Andrew was a clinical professor of law at Seton Hall Law School, where he directed a clinic that helped low-income individuals in the greater-Newark area with a variety of civil legal problems.

He has published articles in multiple law journals, including the Fordham Urban Law Journal.

Andrew re-joined the firm in 2025.
