Arianna Moreschini’s practice focuses on EU and Italian competition law, as well as Italian administrative law.
She also has experience in unfair commercial practices and represents clients in national litigation before Italian civil and administrative courts, and in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority.
Arianna joined the firm’s Rome office in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal intern at the Italian Competition Authority. She also worked as an intern for Government Legal Services and holds a Ph.D. in administrative law focusing on digital markets and the digitalization of public affairs.
