Ashley Moss’ practice focuses on a full range of employment issues, including employee reorganizations, redundancies, and restructurings; the employment aspects of high-value and complex corporate transactions; employment claims and disputes; and day-to-day employment issues.

Ashley has particular experience in advising employers on cross-border transactions and coordination of international advisers, employment issues related to the acquisition or disposal of a business, the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE), the negotiation of senior executives’ service agreements, the management of executive dismissals, and the negotiation of employee settlement terms.
