Asim Zaidi’s practice focuses on complex patent and trade secret disputes in federal district courts, the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Asim has experience litigating cases in a wide range of technologies, including cellular networks, semiconductors, cybersecurity, optics, web development, and RF transmission. He has experience with all phases of intellectual property litigation including pre-suit diligence, discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, and trial.
