Barry M. Fox joined the firm in 1974 and became a partner in 1981 and partner emeritus in 2026. From 1989 to 1991, he was resident in the London office.
While active, Barry’s practice focused on domestic and international corporate law, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to finance and corporate counseling.
