Benjamin Boisanté’s practice focuses on French and international tax law as well as private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
He also has strong experience with employee stock offerings, employee benefit plans, and management incentive packages. Benjamin has lectured on international tax law and corporate tax for several years.
Benjamin joined the firm in 2023 after spending nine years at a Magic Circle firm.
