Brooke’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation before federal district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Prior to joining Cleary, Brooke clerked for The Honorable Leonard Stark at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, working on appeals dealing with complex IP issues, and The Honorable Molly Silfen at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, where she dealt with cases alleging government infringement of intellectual property.
She also served as a primary patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for 14 years where she completed several secondments, including serving as clerk at the PTAB and managing a technology portfolio at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center Strategic Partnerships Office.
Brooke joined the firm in 2025.
