Chiara Capalti
Associate
Chiara Capalti’s practice focuses primarily on domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
Chiara assists and represents clients in international arbitrations and cross-border legal proceedings across a wide range of industries, including construction and infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, automotive, and defense. Over the past 15 years, Chiara has been involved (as counsel, secretary, or assistant to the Arbitral Tribunal) in over 40 arbitrations and cross-border litigations. She also has significant experience in domestic court litigation.
Chiara is ranked and mentioned by international legal directories, including Chambers and Lexology. She is an Adjunct Professor in International Arbitration Law at LUISS University in Rome and regularly publishes and lectures on issues related to international arbitration and dispute resolution.
Chiara joined the firm in 2010 and, from September 2017 to March 2019, was resident in the New York office.
