Christina Edward’s practice focuses on financial services and regulatory work in the United Kingdom and EU.
Her work to date has involved advising on a broad range of cross-border regulatory issues. These include regulatory authorisations, internal compliance procedures, financial promotions, the marketing of private funds, and product governance. In addition, she has advised a broad range of clients within the financial services sector, as well as entities operating in the oil, gas and energy markets, on the implementation of benchmark and indices regulation. She has been working with colleagues from across the firm to analyze the development of US and EU recovery and resolution regimes, and has engaged with market participants and regulators on policy measures associated with such regimes.
Christina joined the firm in 2014. She was previously a trainee at Ashurst LLP, where she undertook a secondment to Milan, and an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.
