Cristiano V. Colitti’s practice focuses on e-Discovery, internal investigations, antitrust and competition, and litigation and arbitration matters.
As Managing Attorney, Cristiano co-leads the Discovery and Litigation Technology group in Europe. He and his team specialize in the preservation, collection, systematic analysis, and production of data in antitrust regulatory and internal investigations as well as litigation and arbitration proceedings. This also includes the application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence throughout the cycle of matters. He collaborates with clients, other attorneys, litigation support professionals, and outside e-Discovery vendors to provide efficient and cost effective discovery solutions and also trains and advises Cleary attorneys on discovery-related issues, with a focus on the collection, processing, and production logistics related to ESI.
Cristiano joined the firm in 2009 in our Washington, D.C. office and became Managing Attorney in Brussels in 2022.
