Daniel A. Braverman joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1994, senior counsel in 2014, and partner emeritus in 2026.
While active, Daniel’s practice focused on international finance, and he also worked in the mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, and restructuring areas.
