Daniel Sullivan-Byrne’s practice focuses on corporate and private equity real estate transactions spanning a broad range of asset classes.
He acts for institutional funds, financial sponsors, investment advisers, and corporates on the acquisition, disposal, development, letting, and management of commercial and residential assets and portfolios, as well as on landlord and tenant matters, direct and indirect disposals, joint ventures, franchise arrangements, and hotel management agreements. He has experience acting for both UK-based and international clients operating across a diverse range of jurisdictions.
Daniel joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining Cleary, he practiced at another major international law firm and spent time in-house at a real estate fund.
