David’s practice encompasses a broad range of asset classes including private equity, credit, infrastructure, venture and growth, and real estate funds, with a particular emphasis on structuring complex and multijurisdictional funds. Clients also value his experience and insight in relation to hedge funds, managed accounts, carried interest and co-investment schemes, and secondary transactions, including GP-led and other liquidity solutions.
David joined the firm as a partner in 2026 from another major international law firm.
