David Parish’s practice focuses on corporate finance, particularly securities law.

He has extensive experience in the convertible bond and complex instrument space, and deeply experienced in all types of capital markets and liability management transactions throughout the capital structure, including for both pre-IPO and very seasoned issuers. David regularly represents a wide range of global issuer, sponsor and investment bank clients across sectors.

David joined the firm in 1994. From 1995 to 1997, he was based in the Frankfurt office and was resident in the New York office from 1998 to 2024.
