Delante Stevens’ practice focuses on e-Discovery, investigations, and regulatory reviews.

Delante advises clients on best practices related to data source identification, preservation, collection, review, and production to various requesting agencies or within the context of ligation. He is responsible for developing review plans with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Delante has used traditional e-Discovery methodologies as well as artificial intelligence, including predictive coding (TAR), to streamline review processes.

Delante’s practice also includes providing leadership and direction to internal and external attorney team members when responding to e-Discovery requests. Many of his activities involve tailoring review protocols to complement client resources and budgets.

Prior to joining the firm, Delante served six years in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power Program and was awarded the Naval Defense Service Medal and Meritorious Unit Commendation for his participation in Operation Desert Shield onboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69).

Delante joined the firm in 2007.
