Derek Lee’s practice focuses on complex disputes before the English courts and international arbitration tribunals.
He has particular experience in relation to civil fraud, financial services, technology, and post-M&A disputes, and he has worked for clients across a range of industry sectors.
Derek joined the Firm in 2026. Prior to joining Cleary, he trained and qualified as a solicitor at a global law firm, where he also spent time on secondment to the Paris office.
