Edoardo Filiberto Roversi’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets, financial and corporate transactions.
He advises international and Italian listed companies and investment banks on a wide range of corporate and financial matters, with a specific focus on equity and debt capital markets transactions and public mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance issues.
Edoardo joined the firm in 2019 and became an associate in 2021.
