Effie Stathaki’s practice focuses on derivatives regulatory and transactional matters, including issues arising under Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act and regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

She advises financial institutions, clearinghouses, and end users on documentation, compliance, and market structure issues in the derivatives space.
