Elizabeth A. Latusek is a Senior Discovery Attorney in the firm’s Washington office, managing electronic discovery and document review for civil litigations and regulatory matters for the firm’s global clients.

Elizabeth’s experience includes antitrust and complex commercial litigations as well as antitrust compliance, including work in connection with the merger review process in both Europe and the United States. She manages all steps in the discovery lifecycle from coordinating with vendors on data collection, processing, and production to supervising and instructing large review teams on relevancy, privilege, and advocacy review, including complex privilege issues and deposition preparation. She works with clients, other attorneys, litigation support professionals, and outside e-Discovery vendors to provide efficient and cost-effective discovery solutions. She has experience using predictive coding and other technology-based analytics, including a process to apply automatic pseudonyms in order to comply with GDPR requirements.

Elizabeth joined the firm in 2011.
