Elizabeth (Lizzy) Castano’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring, capital solutions and special situations, bankruptcy, and related litigation matters.

Lizzy maintains a broad restructuring practice, with experience representing debtors, creditors, equity holders, and other stakeholders in Chapter 11, 7, and 15 cases, as well as out-of-court workouts. She also assists clients with DIP financing, bridge lending, distressed debt acquisitions, structured and inventory financing, and corporate governance. She has represented official committees of unsecured creditors and talc claimants in high-profile matters across the automotive parts, consumer products, transportation, electric vehicle, cosmetics, and mass tort sectors. Lizzy has also assisted private equity funds and financial institutions on distressed investment opportunities and lending transactions.

Elizabeth joined the firm in 2026.
