Everett Coraor’s practice focuses on antitrust matters, including merger clearance and litigation.

He has represented clients in high-stakes merger investigations before the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and foreign competition authorities, as well as in class actions alleging violations of federal and state antitrust laws.
