Fabrice Baumgartner joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 2000 and partner emeritus in 2026. He was resident in the New York office from 1991 to 1992 and the Hong Kong office from 1994 to 1997.
While active, Fabrice’s practice focused on financial and corporate matters, including international securities offerings, international and structured financings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
