Fan Chen’s practice focuses on patent disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and copyright disputes.
She has worked on a variety of complex matters across a broad spectrum of technologies, including enterprise IT solutions, AdTech, fleet telematics, telecommunications, consumer electronics, SAAS, AI infrastructure, and industrial process control applications. Fan is experienced in all stages of litigation, including pre-filing investigation, fact discovery, expert discovery, motion practice, and jury trial.
Fan joined the firm in 2026 from another major international law firm.
