Felix Goulesque’s practice focuses on EU competition law.
Felix joined the firm as an associate in 2026. Prior to joining Cleary, he gained experience in international arbitration and EU competition law at law firms in France and completed a traineeship at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition.
