He advises on merger control proceedings, EU and international cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, and litigation before the European Courts in Luxembourg.
Fynn worked at the firm from 2017 to 2019 and rejoined in 2023. Prior to rejoining, he was a senior associate at a leading Luxembourg law firm.
