Gerolamo da Passano
Senior Attorney
Gerolamo da Passano’s practice focuses on corporate matters, particularly on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate joint venture deals.
Gerolamo joined the firm in 2004 and became a senior attorney in 2013. From May 2004 to August 2006 he was resident in the Milan office; from September 2007 to August 2009, he was resident in the New York office; and he returned to the Milan office in September 2009.
Before graduating from the Law School of Genoa University, Gerolamo worked for a year as a paralegal in the Litigation Department of Freshfields in London and, after graduating, as a stagiaire at Carnelutti, London. In 2000, he joined Allen & Overy London as a stagiaire before moving to Allen & Overy’s Milan Corporate Department in January 2001.
