Gianluca Faella’s practice focuses on competition law, State aid, economic regulation (including electronic communications, media, energy, and postal services), intellectual property, contract law, and litigation.

Gianluca joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with Studio Legale Tributario (an Ernst & Young law alliance practice) from 1999 to 2002 and worked as an intern at the Italian Antitrust Authority in 2000.
