Gretchen Oldham uses her vast international arbitration experience to help attorneys efficiently provide clients with work of the highest quality.

Gretchen works with the firm’s Practice Development Department to develop and implement technology that allows lawyers to better leverage each other’s knowledge to promote the full application of the firm’s resources in the best service of clients’ needs. Her practice focuses on developing and delivering training for colleagues and clients, curating internal know-how, maintaining and developing precedents, and cultivating best practices and efficient processes. Gretchen also monitors key developments in law and practice and keeps lawyers informed with need-to-know updates and trainings.

Gretchen is an adjunct professor at Vermont Law School where she teaches courses on the French legal system and the French Civil Code. Previously, she taught courses on Anglo-American law at the University of Paris X, as well as at CY Cergy Paris University.

Gretchen joined the firm in 2014.
