Heide H. Ilgenfritz’s practice focuses on counseling individual clients and charitable organizations.
She works on matters related to domestic and international estate planning, estate administration, matrimonial matters, closely held businesses, gift and income taxation, charitable organizations, and family controversies involving transmission of wealth. Heide acts as counsel to a number of private foundations and public charities.
Heide joined the firm in 1995 and became counsel in 2005.
