Henry Baek’s practice focuses on domestic and cross border corporate transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, secondaries transactions and general corporate matters.
He regularly advises corporates, private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds on high profile M&A transactions in the Middle East, Europe and Asia across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
Henry joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Cleary, Henry was an associate in US law firms and a Magic Circle law firm in London and Sydney.
