  • Citi in connection with SEC and CFTC investigations into “off-channel” communications practices.

  • The Republic of Argentina in defending against enforcement efforts and related discovery requests targeting Argentine assets in the U.S., including successfully defeated an attempt to attach Argentine Embassy property, with the D.C.
