James F. Munsell joined the firm in 1969 and became a partner in 1976 and partner emeritus in 2026. He was resident in the London office from 1973 to 1977 and the Hong Kong office from 1980 to 1983.
While active, James’ practice focused on domestic and international financial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, workouts and restructurings, and bank and other financings.
