Janet L. Fisher joined the firm in 1984, became a partner in 1993, became senior counsel in 2014, and became partner emeritus in 2026. From 1994 to 1997, she was resident in the Hong Kong office.
While active, Janet’s practice focused on corporate finance transactions and securities law matters, including public and private debt and equity offerings in the United States and elsewhere for domestic and foreign issuers, financings related to corporate restructurings and joint ventures.
