Jasmine Zhu’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation before the federal district courts, Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission.

Her litigation experience includes drafting motions and pleadings, conducting written discovery and expert discovery, trial preparations, and patent licensing negotiations. She has advised clients on various IP topics and managed clients’ domestic and global patent portfolios.

Jasmine joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Cleary, she was an IP litigator at a global law firm and was also a patent agent specialized in patent prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and before foreign patent offices.
