Jay Kozak’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly structured finance.

His practice encompasses a wide range of complex structured finance transactions including collateralized loan obligations, receivables securitizations and financings, and asset-based lending arrangements involving private credit assets and funds.

Jay joined the firm in 2018, became counsel in 2024, and became a partner in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm.
