Jay Kozak’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly structured finance.

His practice encompasses a wide range of complex structured finance transactions including collateralized loan obligations, receivables securitizations and financings, and asset-based lending arrangements involving private credit assets and funds.

Jay joined the firm in 2018 and became counsel in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm.
