Jenna Hong’s practice focuses on discovery in investigations and complex commercial litigation.

She advises on defensible, technology-enhanced, and efficient approaches to managing and analyzing digital evidence. Her practice covers all stages of the discovery lifecycle from identification through presentation. This includes collaboration with clients and vendors to preserve, collect, and process data; development of early data assessment, responsiveness, and privilege review plans; supervision of attorney teams, production of documents, and logs; and preparation for depositions and trial. Jenna utilizes artificial intelligence and other technologies to streamline and advance the discovery process.

Her experience includes a wide range of internal investigations, domestic, and foreign government and regulatory investigations, arbitrations, and complex commercial litigation.
