Jennifer Rabbino’s practice focuses on intellectual property law in a variety of technology areas.
She represents clients in patent, copyright, and trade secret lawsuits across various U.S. District Courts and the Federal Circuit. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial, and appellate proceedings. Jennifer has also counseled clients in complex transactional intellectual property matters, including drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements and conducting due diligence.
