John S. Magney joined the firm in 1975, became a partner in 1981, became senior counsel in 2008, and became partner emeritus in 2026. From 1994 to 1997, he was resident in the Brussels office.
While active, John’s practice focused on U.S. and EC competition, particularly in connection with mergers, licensing and distribution matters.
