Joe Gaffney

Joe Gaffney’s practice focuses on dispute resolution and investigations.

Joe advises and represents domestic and overseas clients in high-stakes proceedings in English courts and in arbitration. He has experience in bringing and defending expedited proceedings, including emergency injunction applications. He also has experience advising on and conducting internal investigations, including on sensitive and complex issues that have attracted significant media attention. His work spans a broad range of sectors, including retail, technology, automotive, and sports.

Joe maintains an active pro bono practice, having been appointed to the Sport Resolutions Pro Bono Panel. He has also been appointed to the National Serious Case Panel of The Football Association.
