Judy Kim-Park is a Senior Discovery Attorney for Legal Project Management in the firm’s New York office.
Judy’s practice focuses on managing complex electronic discovery across litigation, enforcement, arbitration, and bankruptcy matters for the firm’s domestic and international clients. Judy also works with the firm’s legal project management and global pricing teams to generate budget estimates and budget proposals and performs budget tracking for the electronic document discovery phase in matters.
She advises and manages on all phases of the electronic discovery lifecycle to implement defensible workflows. This includes collaborating with Cleary attorneys, clients, and electronic discovery service providers to facilitate document preservation, document collection, early data assessment, document review for responsiveness and privilege, creating traditional categorical, metadata or hybrid privilege logs, production of documents and privilege logs, preparation for depositions, and preparation for arbitration or trial.
She consults and provides advice on artificial intelligence and other discovery-related technology and analytic tools to advance efficient discovery processes, along with strategizing defensible, cost-effective, and creative discovery workflows and solutions.
Judy joined the firm in 2011.
