Julia Beggs’s practice focuses on antitrust matters, including merger reviews, antitrust litigation, and government investigations.

Julia has experience with every stage of the merger review process, from negotiating transaction documents and preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino filings to Second Request compliance, settlement negotiations, and trial.

She also has broad experience advising on non-merger matters, including navigating a multi-year investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, supporting litigation from the early stages of fact and expert discovery through trial, and working closely with clients to build customized antitrust training and compliance programs.

Julia joined the firm in 2021. Prior to law school, she worked on antitrust litigation and merger reviews at an economic consulting firm.
