Kay Hechaime’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and restructurings.
Kay joined the firm as an international lawyer in 2023. Prior to joining Cleary, he completed internships at a leading law firm in Lebanon and at the World Bank Group in Washington D.C.
