Laura Tresoldi’s practice primarily focuses on EU and Italian competition law.
Laura advises clients in the framework of merger control procedures, and cartel and abuse of dominant position issues. She advises Italian and foreign companies in relation to proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission and on appeal respectively before the Italian Administrative Courts and the EU courts.
Laura joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining the firm she interned at the European Commission, where she focused on state aid.
