Lauren Kelly-Jones’ practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
Lauren joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining Cleary, she was a legal analyst at an investment bank. From July 2020 to July 2021, she served as a Cleary Gottlieb Fellow at the TrialWatch initiative of the Clooney Foundation for Justice.
