Laurent Alpert joined the firm in 1972 and became a partner in 1980, senior counsel in 2016, and partner emeritus in 2026. He was resident in the Brussels office for eight years.
While active, Laurent’s practice focused on mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts, with particular emphasis on cross-border transactions, as well as bridge financings and permanent financings of acquisitions.
