Lorenzo Freddi’s practice focuses mainly on corporate matters.
He has solid experience in M&A transactions (cross-border and domestic, public and private), including acquisitions, divestments, joint venture deals, mergers, demergers, and other extraordinary transactions. He also advises on fairness opinions, W&I policies, and commercial agreements, including cloud services and other technology contracts.
Lorenzo joined the firm in 2008. From 2014 to 2015 he was resident in the New York office.
